We partnered with a boutique consulting firm to design and deploy an internal AI research assistant — a tool built to accelerate how consultants gather insights, structure hypotheses, and polish deliverables across client work.

The tool leverages natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom-tuned large language models to augment core workflows within the firm. It’s designed to serve as a force multiplier for consultants — helping analysts, associates, and even partners complete desk research, generate draft outputs, and synthesize information more quickly and consistently.

Rather than relying on generic AI tools, we developed a targeted product with structured prompts, contextual memory, and integrated data sources aligned to how consultants actually work. It’s embedded into internal knowledge systems and made to adapt to evolving client demands without sacrificing precision.

Kendizo led the technical architecture, prompt design, and model fine-tuning, while also helping the firm structure feedback loops and adoption workflows across the team. The result is not a replacement for human thinking, but a highly specialized assistant — one that helps consultants move faster, think more clearly, and deliver better work under pressure.
