Kendizo AI
A coordination-first AI system designed to streamline OPO workflows, consolidate siloed data, and reduce friction across the transplant process — bringing better outcomes within reach...
Organ procurement is a time-critical, high-complexity process where coordination and data clarity are everything. We’re building an agent-based AI platform designed to support Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) by reducing manual overhead, automating routine communications, and creating better visibility across stakeholders involved in the transplant process.
One of the most significant challenges in this space is fractured, siloed data. Our work focuses on consolidating and migrating clinical, operational, and logistical data across hospitals, transplant centers, and transport vendors — creating a shared foundation for smarter, faster decisions. This infrastructure sets the stage for a more coordinated ecosystem, where information flows freely and teams can move with clarity and speed.
The AI layer supports real-time coordination by tracking events, managing logistics, and assisting with communication tasks that typically require constant manual follow-up. The system is designed to augment human teams, freeing up OPO staff to focus on critical moments instead of chasing paperwork and updates.
While organ matching remains a complex, longer-term frontier, our current focus is on enabling the systems and coordination layers that must be in place before that can happen. By helping OPOs move faster and work more efficiently, the platform improves recovery rates, reduces errors, and ultimately brings more transplants within reach.
Kendizo is leading system architecture, data strategy, and implementation with a focus on real-world usability and clinical alignment.
