Xander(Alexander) Balog is a Partner at Kendizo, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy and internal operations. He brings a systems-focused mindset to both client work and the company’s growth, helping build the infrastructure and processes that support high-quality delivery across the board.
Xander recently completed a Master of Business Analytics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where he focused on modeling, operations, and enterprise analytics. His background includes work in data analysis, performance optimization, and public-sector automation, including projects that streamlined workflows for government agencies and improved organizational efficiency.
Outside of consulting, Xander has co-founded ventures including MDX Clothing and Strategic Alternative Investments & Learning (SAIL), giving him a strong operational lens and a hands-on understanding of how to build and scale. At Kendizo, he applies that experience to help clients navigate complexity, make smarter decisions, and move quickly without sacrificing structure.
His work reflects a combination of technical fluency, financial insight, and practical execution — always focused on helping organizations turn strategy into movement.
