Victor Fiz Real
Partner and CTO
Victor Fiz Real is a Volunteer Technology Advisor at Kendizo, where he supports the team in designing, evaluating, and deploying advanced AI systems across a range of use cases. With over four years of experience spanning aerospace engineering, machine learning research, and technical systems design, Victor brings a rare combination of engineering rigor and applied AI expertise.
Victor recently completed his Master of Business Analytics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where he focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, large-scale data infrastructure, and enterprise strategy. His technical work includes the development of Generative AI–enabled systems, fine-tuned NLP models, and distributed training pipelines using advanced parallelization frameworks. He has designed and deployed models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and domain-specific language understanding, enabling organizations to extract meaningful insights from complex, unstructured data.
In his role at Kendizo, Victor contributes on a volunteer basis, providing specialized support and research guidance on projects involving intelligent systems, agent design, and machine learning implementation. His contributions are advisory in nature, focused on technical evaluation, model architecture, and hands-on problem-solving within the scope of internal initiatives.
Victor is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, and brings a global perspective to his work. He is a committed advocate for inclusion in STEM and often integrates this value into both his technical practice and collaborative style. His work at KZ reflects a passion for practical AI — systems that are efficient, human-aligned, and built to deliver real impact.
